 Haven Homes primarily caters to professional and corporate travelers visiting the city for conference calls, internships, or extended work projects. 

Following each stay, our diligent cleaning team conducts a thorough inspection. If they identify any issues, they promptly notify our operations team, who then take care of resolving them 

All bookings are insured by 1,000,000$ against any damage occurred by the tenant.

We ensure that we receive a confirmation from the tenant organization and verify their identity before proceeding. 

Before check-in, we establish an agreement with the tenant that outlines their rights and our rules.

You can pay online or you can pay via credit card

 Your payment includes rent, utilities, cable/internet, furniture, housewares, etc. 

Upon request we can arrange for a cleaner during your stay, and we also can send chef to help with your cooking.

 Once you confirm your reservation, a client success coordinator will be available throughout your stay to assist with any needs, questions, or issues. Additionally, 24/7 support is available for anything outside of business hours.  

 Once you receive the notification to decide whether to end your stay or extend, simply inform us if you’d like to extend. We’ll take care of the rest for you. 

We will contact your HR to confirm your identity and if the payment will be done by the company or you.
